We want the consignment process to be simple, clear, and enjoyable for everyone. Please review the guidelines below before your appointment.

Appointments

All consignments are by appointment only.

Appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Preparing Your Items

Please bring all items clean, pressed, and on hangers. Please refrain from using fabric softener, heavily scented detergent or scented beads on your cleaned items.

We are unable to consider items with stains, holes, missing buttons, excessive wear, odors, or other visible damage.

Consignment Terms

• The consignment period is 90 days.

• Our standard consignment split is 60% to Finders Keepers and 40% to the consignor.

• Higher-priced or luxury items may be subject to a different consignment arrangement.

• Payouts are issued at the end of the 90-day consignment period. We are unable to provide early payouts.

• Accrued earnings may be used as store credit during the consignment period.

• Items may be marked down or included in store promotions at the discretion of management.

• Items not picked up within 7 days after the end of the consignment period will be donated.

What We Accept

• We accept women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories in excellent, like-new condition.

• We welcome a wide range of sizes, including plus sizes.

• We give preference to quality natural fibers, including cotton, linen, silk, ramie, wool, cashmere, and leather.

• Items should reflect current styles and trends or be classic, timeless pieces with continued resale appeal.

• We accept merchandise seasonally, including Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer items.

• Vintage pieces, generally defined as items that are 20 years old or older, are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Designer Handbags & Luxury Accessories

Luxury designer handbags and accessories, including brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, and Bottega Veneta, must be accompanied by a receipt, authentication documentation, or another acceptable form of proof of authenticity.

• Target brands, including A New Day, Wild Fable, Universal Thread, and Who What Wear

• Walmart brands, including EV1, No Boundaries, Wanda June, and Time and Tru

A Note About Item Selection

Please understand that we are unable to accept every item presented to us.

Our selections are based on a number of factors, including current inventory, season, condition, style, brand, resale potential, and the preferences of our customers.

Our goal is to maintain a thoughtfully curated mix of merchandise that reflects the Finders Keepers customer and shopping experience.
